Sunday Morning Worship Service: “Matthew”
On Sunday mornings, we are studying the book Matthew. Matthew means “gift of the Lord,” and was the other name of Levi, the tax collector who left everything to follow Christ. Matthew shows us that Jesus was the long-awaited Messiah. He records that Jesus is our victorious King who will one day return “on the clouds of the sky with power and great glory (24: 30).
